Account Manager

Reyka & Lu Creative is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, community-focused Account Manager to join our team! This is a fully remote, commission-based role that offers incredible flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact by helping small businesses thrive through creative marketing solutions.

This entry-level position is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about people, strategy, and storytelling. As you grow with us, there are opportunities for advancement into other departments based on performance, training completion, and overall contribution.

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, or customer service preferred

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a creative agency setting

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
